When you enter the Sushi by Bou, you are greeted by an array of 70s inspired disco balls, lights, and unique artwork on the walls. There is a bar and lounge area for guests to wait until their selected dining time. Once you are seated at the 12-seat sushi counter, the fun begins! The waiter presents you with a menu of innovative hemp-infused mocktails by Gorilla to choose from. The sushi chefs check for food allergies and then the experience begins. The energetic sushi chefs begin to dance and sing along to the music as they make the sushi right in front of your eyes! The sushi rolls are made up of Yellowtail, Lean Tuna, Spotted Prawn, Salmon Roe, Albacore, Chopped Tuna, Scallop, Miso Cod, which was a favorite, Fatty Tuna, Salmon, Surf-N-Turf, and BBQ Eel. One would think by BBQ, they mean grilling however, the chefs took out a torch to sear the sushi and even gave some patrons a shot at “BBQing” the sushi as well!
Not only will your tastebuds be jumping but so will your bodies as you are encouraged by staff to participate in karaoke and dancing.
