Last night, February 11th, guests of the Sony SESSIONS Video Series were treated to a performance from Tinashe and premiere of Khalid’s video for 8TEEN.

Sony’s newest campaign, Lost in Music, aims to deliver new music experiences to fans utilizing Sony’s latest technologies, consisting of live music events and a Virtual Reality music video. The corporation’s first installment features Grammy Award nominee singer and songwriter, Khalid.

At last night’s event held at National Sawdust in Brooklyn, NY, attendees got the first exclusive look at the new video. You can check it out now below:

The event featured a special performance from Tinashe, who performed some of her hottest tracks such as “Company,” “No Drama” and “All Hands on Deck.” The intimate nature of the event allowed the fans to see the artist up close and even get a few selfies.

The series follows some of today’s hottest acts, including Khalid and Tinashe, Leikeli47, Morgan Saint, as they’re challenged to reinterpret, reimagine, and recreate a track of theirs to bring a fresh and unique creation to fans.

The exclusive videos will be released in the weeks leading up to the SXSW Conference & Festival in Austin, TX, where the campaign will come to a close with a live music, interactive experience with Khalid, who will also debut a VR music video.

Keep an eye out on upcoming content from Sony and follow #LostInMusic.
