During an exclusive interview, Rocsi Diaz explains how the show emerged, what it’s like working with Deion, and how her past work prepared her for this position. 

“The chemistry between Deion and I is what makes it unique, let alone the guests,” Diaz said. “We have a good time but we’re a quarter for the culture at the end of the day.
