RAND does a lavish brunch at a 7-bedroom spread in The Hamptons featured brands such as Aston Martin, Cohiba, LG Signature, and more!RAND Luxury has hosted another luxurious brunch in the Hamptons, quickly becoming a favorite tradition in these summer days. This time it was presented in part with Aston Martin. The legacy British marque has been reimagining their full lineup of cars, and guests were able to get up-close to the brand new DB11, with its svelte, evolutionary frame and well-appointed cockpit.
The afternoon took place at a dynamic new construction in the prime South-of-the-highway parcel. The house, located in Sagaponack, features a clarifying and resolute sensibility in breezy, modern Hamptons style thanks to Abraham Development. It’s a seven bedroom spread with remarkable proximity to the ocean; especially at this price-point. Despite being nearly 10,000 square feet, the rooms are elegantly proportioned, tapping into the gemütlich lifestyle of the Hamptons: keen on familiar textures and feelings. Warm wood flooring and super white walls offer a delightful coziness, with space to host a number of overnight guests (seven beds). LG Signature presented television technology and HTE (Home Technology Experts) was on site presenting how to automate. A Hastens in the terraced master suite would be positively divine.
It was on the lawn (1.5 acres of hedged grass) that the festivities really took place, in which a consortium of businesses staged about the pool and tennis courts to present a number of products, along with a brunch spread.
There was everything from Hasten’s bedding to delightful Godiva chocolate, Cohiba cigars, with their fresh taste and elegant finish (that goes for both the chocolate and cigars). A jet charter outfit came as well: Jet Aviation, which charters and staffs as a leading FBO. Guests enjoyed Honestea, Chateau Saint-Maur, Peroni, and Acker Merrall & Condit, an enduring auction house and wine seller located on 72nd street.
Further, there was a comprehensive silent auction which benefits North Shore Animal League America.
As of writing, the property is available for $12,995,000 via Susan Breitenbach of Corcoran Real Estate.
