Much is going ‘down’ in Downtown Jersey City with a grand opening preview of RoofTop at Exchange Place, newest rooftop destination.
The Knockturnal was on the scene Wednesday, for an evening of specially curated dishes from Executive Chef Dongil Cha and refreshing signature cocktails. Favorite bites included the ‘House-Made Meatballs’ made with beef, pork, veal, pecorino romano, mozzarella, marinara and grilled garlic crostini as well as ‘Niman Pork Belly’, made with gremolata aioli, celery leaf, pecorino romano, and focaccia. Cocktails to die for are ‘Under the Stars,’ a prairie organic vodka, lemon, raspberry purée with Prosecco rosé and ‘1920,’ a Ron Diplomatico Exclusiva rum with Angostura.
Spanning 10,000 sq. ft, the highly-anticipated new rooftop boasts will open to the public on Thursday, April 26th. Hours will be Sunday through Thursday from 11 am-midnight and Friday and Saturday from 11 am – 2 am. With unbeatable skyline views of Manhattan across the Hudson, RoofTop at Exchange is a quick train and ferry ride from The City- A perfect setting, year-round for lunch, happy hour, dinner, and sunset cocktails!
