The streets of Warner Brothers Studios were buzzing Tuesday night for the premiere of Forrest Film’s biggest movies yet.
Bennett’s War is an emotional, action packed film that will have you inching toward the edge of your seat. Since its launch in 2018, Forrest films has aimed to create inspiring and purpose driven stories for global audiences. Bennett’s War follows these guidelines completely. Michael Roark plays Marshall Bennett, an injured young soldier who will eventually risk everything to financially support the needs of his family. The film focuses in on Bennett’s insane motocross comeback as he faces obstacles through and through. Roark was definitely a standout role, as he effortlessly was able to convey the pains and burdens that come with being an injured soldier in society. Another familiar face we see in the film is country music superstar Trace Adkins who plays Bennett’s motivating and comforting dad in the film. Cast members Ali Afshar (Cyrus), Allison Paige (Sophie), Hunter Clowdus (Chris Walker), and Brandon Eaton (Kurt Walker) were also in attendance at the premiere.
It was easy to see the excitement in the eyes of the cast as they each filed down the red carpet before the showing of their big movie. Among those supporting friends on the carpet Tuesday night was Blake Shelton and his gorgeous girlfriend Gwen Stefani. They both appeared to be happy and in love, and while posing for a photo, Stefani shouted out, “It’s Date Night!”.
Bennett’s War will be hitting theaters on August 30th, and you definitely won’t want to miss it!
