New York, NY – The highly anticipated world premiere of the documentary “Anthem” took place on June 11, 2023, at the Tribeca Film Festival.
Produced by Proximity Media and This Machine, this remarkable Hulu Original Music Documentary mesmerized audiences as it reimagined the national anthem of the United States for modern times.
Directed by Peter Nicks and featuring acclaimed composer Kris Bowers and GRAMMY®-winning music producer Dahi, “Anthem” embarked on a transformative musical journey across America. Reflecting on “The Star-Spangled Banner,” Bowers and Dahi explored the rich and diverse musical traditions of the nation, striving to create a new sound that resonates with contemporary America.
