From curly fro’s to galaxy vibes, 2017’s Men’s Fashion Week was more than a little out of this world.
On location at the Skylight, You/As unclothed their Men’s Spring 2018 collection with a vibrant take on the transition between Modern and Vintage. Models were clothed in everything from checkered patterned button-ups to tropical palm tree beach shorts.
The collection by You/As was fun play on various lengths of clothing, and an array of prints against contrasting solids.
One of the more distinctive marks that stood out amongst this particular group of models was their curly manes that were almost as attention-grabbing as the fashion.
As each model stood atop multiple platforms, the audience interacted and engaged with the models. The light banter and active buzz amid the crowd was invigorating.
You/As designed a new standard of cool as models stood in understated masculinity, donning reflective shades.
The collection incorporated soft, summer hues with bold print. Designer, You/As presented their customers with a taste of the new millennial fashion trend, bold new-age symbolism mixed with a timeless nuance.
The euphoric ambiance of smoke and soft lights dazzled against the crystal embedded pieces.
Backstage, AXE provided You/As models with the products to achieve the signature curly fros.
Needless to say, You/As brought the coolest vintage aliens to our 2018 closets.
