On September 11th, 2018 Fashion designer, Naeem Khan, showcased his ready-to-wear designs for SS’19. With his elegant and sexy display of evening wear it only made sense for him to pair with TRESemmé’s NYFW stylist Odile Gilbert for sleek, sexy and elegant hair on the runway.
Parisian Stylist, Odile Gilbert knows a thing or two when it comes to hair styling for the runway. Having styled for big names in fashion such as Calvin Klein and Jean-Paul Gaultier; Gilbert now adds Naeem Khan to the list of major designers she has styled hair for.
“It’s a very chic, sexy and signature look of mine. It is fashion.” Gilbert said when asked what inspired the hairstyle she designed for Naeem Khan SS’19. She styled the hair in what appeared to be an effortless manor using TRESemmé ‘Two Mega Firm Control Gel’ followed by their ‘Keratin Smooth Shine Serum’.
“To achieve a flawless finish, apply gel to the roots and brush through to the tips, followed by a fine tooth comb to secure any fly aways.” Gilbert offered as a styling tip to achieve this look.
