Upon immediately walking into Tribeca’s Nexxus Salon, I fell in love with the design of the salon itself.
In varying touches of white and gold details, the salon is impeccably designed, creating an air of luxury. The salon stretches out vertically, allowing the viewer to see everything from the stylists to the lounging area at once. The entire experience was seamless. The friendly staff at the counter took my coat and I was ushered into the waiting lounge. Within minutes, I was then met by my stylist who led me back to the back to have my hair washed.
My stylist used products from the Nexxus New York Salon Care for my blowout. The Nexxus Therappe Replenishing System Shampoo and Humestress Replenishing System Conditioner left my hair super soft and smelling amazing. My stylist followed up my blowout with the Comb Thru Finishing Mist. Although the Mist was medium hold, it stayed strong against last Saturday’s humidity! My curls lasted all night and unlike other hairsprays, the Finishing Mist left my hair super soft. I also took home the Humectress Ultimate Moisture Masque. It’s a Protein Complex Masque, that’s rich in glycerin, that hydrates hair without weighting it down (great for oily hair like mine!)
