Rounding out a mega new music Friday, we bring you some of the most eclectic releases of the week. Check out NVDES‘ new album, a new single from the Argentinian Nathy Peluso, and more.

KATILE – SAY SORRY

The up and coming NYC-based singer/songwriter delivers her first single of the year in the unapologetic “Say Sorry”. Katile – pronounced Katie Lee – has been making her mark in the music scene since 2015 with esteemed performances across the city. “Say Sorry” highlights the development in Katile’s sound since her inception, a blend of lush vocals with infectious radio-friendly pop.

NVDES – NVDITY WORLDWIDE [VIBE NATION]

The highly-anticipated second full-length LP from the ambitiously eclectic artist Josh Ocean – aka NVDES – boasts features from Whethan, Tommy Cash, filous, Florence Arman (fka klei), BLVTH, and more. NVDITY WORLDWIDE was conceptualized in Berlin, meant to represent different antenna points around the universe that merge to create the vibrational frequency of the planet. Crazy? Maybe. But it works. The album unfolds in 10 exhilarating tracks brought to life with deep intentionality. A personal highlight is the previously released single “Green“, which features the vocals of NILO: a ten-year-old Dutch boy whose dad is one of Ocean’s best friends.

NATHY PELUSO – SANA SANA [SONY MUSIC]

Brimming with fierce energy Nathy Peluso furthers her reputation as a fearless artist releasing a new rap single “Sana Sana” from the latin lyricist’s upcoming debut album Calambre, slated for release next week. On the track, Nathy juxtaposes a popular Spanish-language nursery rhyme of ‘Sana, sana, colita de rana‘, with her commentary on the current state of the economy. Injecting latin flavor into a powerful hip-hop beat, Nathy builds an irrefutable case for pushing herself to the forefront of innovative artists in the latin space.

NORA EN PURE – WETLANDS [ENORMOUS TUNES]

Keeping her fans and music lovers happy with a stream of stunning releases, Nora En Pure is back with another emotive creation. Showcasing a more classical side to her repertoire, ‘Wetlands’ features a harp interlude and dramatic strings to create a powerful, yet soothing piece of music that penetrates with its melancholic tone. Working its magic in her recent radio shows, ‘Wetlands’ is the latest creation to come out Nora En Pure’s lockdown studio time. Following ‘All I Need’, ‘Delta/Bartok’ and ‘In Your Eyes’, the Helvetic Nerd’s new releases are some of her best to date.

JUSTA FAZE – ARCADE GAMES EP

Justa Faze’s debut EP showcases the producer’s distinctive take on future bass with an experimental edge. Utilizing instrumentals that are nostalgic for an old-school arcade, Justa Faze’s heart-thumping basslines highlight the burgeoning producer’s studio prowess. As he continues to expand on his signature sound, Justa Faze offers a refreshingly unique take on future bass in each of the five tracks on ‘Arcade Games’, with the standout track being the deliciously glitchy ‘Dirty Filas‘.
