Moynat celebrates U.S. flagship opening with a colorful celebration.
Artist Daniel Arsham was the star of the show at the U.S. Flagship Moynat store opening last night. The artist’s capsule collection, which is exclusive to the Madison Avenue flagship, was revealed at the grand opening. The event was hosted by Ramesh Nair, Moynat’s Creative Director, CEO Guillaume Davin, and artist Daniel Arsham.
Guests like singer Ciara were treated with a viewing of the collection while champagne flowed throughout the store. At the neighboring penthouse on 74th street, Olivier Cheng Catering served guests with endless hors d’oeuvres as DJ Grey Waltz spun tunes throughout the evening. Ambiance was top-notch with floral arrangements and topiaries created by Plant Paradise NY.
VIP’s Daniel Arsham, Stephanie Arsham and Claire Distenfeld had the honor of carrying the capsule collection totes through the evening. On-site tote hand painting was done by Arsham himself and Moynat in-house illustrator Tae-In Song. This collection is a limited edition array of 40.
