Miss Pop Nails brought her signature style to New York Fashion Week at the always splendid alice + olivia by Stacey Bendet.
The showcase for the Fall 2026 Collection inspired by the Gilded Age was pure bliss for the fashion world to be mesmerized by as in years past.
“Backstage, we’re using the sticky tabs that come in the press on box to apply them on the models,” she told Knockturnal. “They last, even with all this jewelry. But the best part is they soak off with water so you can reuse your press-ons again and again!”

She went on to describe, “I love using press-ons like I would any article of clothing in my wardrobe. And when you use the sticky tabs in the box, they come right on and off so you can easily switch them out to match your outfits.”

24KT GOLD a.k.a. The Original Chrome
The collection takes inspiration from the Gilded Age in America and so, I took that literally and gilded the nails with 24kt gold leaf. So opulent!
Chrome has been such a big nail trend. Typically, you need a gel mani that cures in a lamp to create a jewelry-like chrome finish. But amazingly enough, because Sally Hansen’s Super Shiny Miracle Gel topcoat is so crystal clear, you can get that gold chrome with nail polish and gold leaf. This is an incredible topcoat for nail art lovers. Also worth noting: It doesn’t streak your designs after you paint them! It’s magical!

You might best know Miracle Gel as the formula with the wider brush that disrupted the whole nail polish game over a decade ago. As of January, it has a new and improved polish formula.
HOW TO GET THIS LOOK
1. Paint one coat of Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Super Shiny Shield Top Coat over Miracle Gel in Onyx-pected or the press on equivalent. Paint 2-3 nails at a time.
2. Using your fingers, pat down little gold-leaf flakes into the top coat. As you pat the sheets will break up into little islands of gilded gold. (You can purchase gold leaf at any craft store, amazon, etc.)
3. Seal your golden tips with another coat of Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Super Shiny Shield Topcoat.
It does not streak designs after you work so hard to paint them. Plus, it is so crystal clear, it does not dull the gold leaf or chrome details.

DIAMOND FLOWER

HOW TO GET THIS LOOK:
1. Paint two coats of Sally Hansen Miracle Gel in Blush Crush from the new Sweet On Pink collection or use Sally Hansen Salon Effects Perfect Press in Soul Pink.
2. Load the legendary Miracle Gel brush with a good bead of polish in Sally Hansen’s Go Hard Or Glow Home. Then add one coat to each nail. Gently glide the polish over the nail. Reload the brush with a fresh bead of polish for each nail.
3. Seal with Miracle Gel SuperVolume Builder Top Coat.
4. Using the glue that comes in the press on pack, attach your charm to your nail. It has a thicker consistency, so when you squeeze the tube, a little bead of glue will form and you can dab that right on the nail.

GRAY + PEARL
“Back in the early aughts, the hottest new nude color was griege- a blend of grey and beige and everyone had to get their hands on it. GOLD CHAIN
This look was inspired by the dangling gold pocket chains on some of the jeans in the collection. A chic twist on a little ‘90s nostalgia.
HOW TO GET THIS LOOK:
1. Paint two coats of Sally Hansen Miracle Gel in Onyx-pected on your natural nail or, like we did for the show, use Sally Hanson Salon Effects Perfect Press Ons in Onyx-Pected.
2. Going one nail at a time, apply a few dots of the nail glue right from the box of Sally Hansen Perfect press ons, where you’d like to place the chain. It has a thicker consistency, so when you squeeze the tube, a little bead of glue will form and you can dab that right on the nail.
3. Using tweezers, drop the chain only the nail. Press the chain down into the glue and allow a couple of minutes for the glue to dry.
4. With a little nail art brush dipped in Sally Hansen Miracle Gel in Onyx-pected, cover any visible glue.
5. Seal your look with Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Super Shiny Shield top coat.
