Enjoy the feeling of the beautiful Amalfi Coast without having to pack a bag
Last week, gin brand Malfy hosted an event where they turned Eataly NYC Downtown into a colorful and extravagant pop up installation that took inspiration from the Amalfi Coast. The pop up is called Malfy Giardino at La Pizza & La Pasta in Eataly NYC Downtown and is a new bar where guests can go to sample some of the amazing Malfy gin cocktails.
The experience featured a variety of colorful installations and art pieces including a decorative mural, lemon trees, colorful fruit crates, and a Malfy Gin wall that makes for the perfect backdrop for any picture. And throughout the night guests were able to snack on Eataly classic dishes including a wonderful charcuterie selection as well as a variety of Malfy gin & tonic inspired cocktails. The three signature drinks were the Limone Tonico made with Malfy Gin Limone and Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic – a simple and refreshing gin and tonic cocktail. The next one was called the Ravello Rosa which was made with Malfy Rosa Gin, Ramazzotti Rosato, and Fever Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit. This drink was a wonderfully refreshing gin and tonic take which beautifully notes of brightness and slight acidity from the grapefruit addition. And the last featured cocktail that was our favorite was the Positano Punch which was made with Malfy Arancia Gin, Amara Blood Orange Liqueur, and Lurisia Arancia Soda. This drink had a fruitiness to it which made it perfect for anyone who likes a bit of sweetness in their drinks.
In addition to the new bar, Malfy has also released the Malfy signature Copa Glasses and their own Malfy Gift Set. The gift set is now available on ReserveBar ($36) and includes a 750ml bottle of Malfy Limone and 2 Copa Glasses.
