The event was a deeply personal affair for the Belafonte family. David Belafonte lent his expertise as associate producer, Sarafina Belafonte contributed as assistant choreographer and Amadeus Belafonte moved the audience with a soulful vocal performance. Sarafina, the youngest granddaughter of the legendary Harry Belafonte, also unveiled her debut single, “Wandering Eye,” adding a new chapter to her family’s rich artistic legacy.

Dynamic collaborations fueled the evening’s success. Sarah Kaplan, a rising star in choreography at just 19, brought vibrant energy to the performances, while ballroom expert Krisi Dalipi delivered polished, elegant routines. A stunning runway featured creations from top designers such as Heike NY, Aforieke, Hermione Elma, and Style by Rahel, alongside pieces from Warlock JP, The Confessional Showroom, John Ashford, Mieux Swimwear, and John Ash Alive Shoes. Each design served as a visual centerpiece for the evening’s innovative storytelling.

One of the show’s most lighthearted moments, titled “Mischief,” featured a playful Femme Fatale who humorously wielded designer bags in a seductive performance involving her assistant. This comedic interlude culminated with Belafonte and Dalipi bringing two audience members into the act, drawing laughter and applause from the crowd.

Sarafina Belafonte’s debut of “Wandering Eye” was a musical highlight, following its live performance with an immediate release. The night also delivered powerful emotional resonance with a tribute to late designer Corey Woods, a longtime collaborator and close friend of Malena. His final Yeroc collection was showcased as a heartfelt video montage played, accompanied by a poignant rendition of *”I Will Cover You (Reprise)”* by Amadeus Belafonte.

The evening featured a standout rumba performance by Malena Belafonte and Krisi Dalipi, set to Adele’s “Chasing Pavements. The duo, both alumni of *Dancing with the Stars Europe,* unveiled four meticulously choreographed routines that added depth and intimacy to the production.

Captivating burlesque artist Pearls Daily left the audience spellbound with a sultry, James Bond-inspired performance. Despite being four months pregnant, Daily’s grace and daring brought a fresh layer of excitement to the show, leaving an indelible impression on attendees.

The star-studded ensemble also included Giada Mangino, Flor Massey, Ashley Carley, Carmen Catlin, Casidy Chan, Celia Costa, Hannah Akussa Richardson, and members of the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. Together, they delivered a multifaceted program that combined theatrical drama, music, and fashion in a seamless blend of artistry.
