Jude Law and Giancarlo Giannini celebrated their new film in Rome this past weekend.Β
Law and fellow guests toasted the premier of the new Johnnie Walker Blue Label filmΒ The Gentleman’s Wager II. They enjoyed an exclusive screening of the film at Villa Mondragone in Italy’s Frascati region just outside of Rome. Guest arrived in a fleet of 30 vintage cars to the special event. The film is the second installment of The Gentleman’s Wager series and was directed by Jake Scott of Ridley Scott Associates.

In the film Law and Giannini make a wager on a priceless vintage car the Delahaye 135S racing car. The wager takes Law on a wild race through the south of Italy to Monte Carlo. Along the way Law is only able to get by through with his gratitude shown to the people he meets along the way, and the enjoyment he finds in the journey. The film features several breathtaking shots of the beauty, both architectural and natural, in Italy.

Law told the Daily MailΒ that, “Being back on set with Giancarlo and also having the opportunity to work with the talented Zhao [Wei], was an absolute joy.” The film is available to watch below and on the Johnnie Walker Youtube Channel.
