Benoit New York, the French bistro from acclaimed Chef Alain Ducasse located in Midtown Manhattan, and renowned Provençal rosé producer Château Minuty are delighted to present A Summer Night in Provence, an exclusive dining experience on Tuesday, June 25 at 7:00 PM. This special event invites guests to immerse themselves in the flavors and ambiance of the South of France, right in the heart of Manhattan.

Set in Benoit’s elegant main dining room, the evening will feature a communal, family-style feast that captures the essence of a Provençal summer. Guests will gather at long tables, fostering a festive and generous atmosphere reminiscent of seaside gatherings along the Côte d’Azur.
The seasonal tasting menu will showcase regional specialties from the Mediterranean coast, including:
- Fresh oysters
- Daily crudo selection
- Sun-kissed tomato salad
- The centerpiece of the evening: a rich, aromatic bouillabaisse —an iconic seafood stew of Marseille—that was once the humble meal of local fishermen, simmered with the day’s catch, Provençal herbs, and saffron.
