New York City Ballet Fall 2015 Gala
On September 30, 2015 the New York City Ballet hosted their 2015 Fall Gala in honor of ballet and fashion. This celebration featured collaborations by: Robert Binet and Hanako Maeda of Adeam, Peter Martins and Peter Copping for Oscar De La Renta, Justin Peck and Humberto Leon of Opening Ceremony and Kenzo, Troy Schumacher and Marta Marques and Paulo Almeid of Marques’ Almedia and Myles Thatcher and Zuhair Murad.
The evening also included special performances by Broadway stars Norm Lewis, Rebecca Luker and NYCB Principal Dancer Robert Fairchild. Cartier sponsored the NYCB’S 2015 Fall Gala. Amongst the guest in attendance were, gala chairmen Adrienne Arsht and Sarah Jessica Parker, Jennifer Hudson, Ivanka Trump, Prabal Gurung, Vanessa Williams and many others.
There were over 800 attendes at the gala, which raise the company $2.67 million. The evening also featured champagne by Ruinart, official champagne of New York City Ballet, catering by Acquolina Catering, décor by Cait&Jules LLC, and music by Keros Entertainment. Additional guests included: Robert Binet, Elixa Bolen, Alex Bolen, Peter Copping, Carolyn Murphy, Nell Diamond, Robert Fairchild, Megan Fairchild, Fe Fendi, Prabal Gurung, Jennifer Hudson, Jill Kargman, David and Julia Koch, Norm Lewis, Rebecca Luker, Peter Martins, and Darci Kistler.
