On Thursday July 16th, New York’s soho-chic crowd gathered in Tribeca to check out the very bohemian retro J. Lindeberg collection.
Everyone’s favorite piece seemed to be the black suede fringe jacket. It was paired up with skinny white jeans, and a quirky curled hair model.
The head designer at J. Lindeberg, Jessy Heuvelink, said that he was inspired by an old Western movie and added the mysterious essence of birds to complete the so called “Midnight Cowboy” look of this season’s collection.
NYC’s top menswear bloggers, like Marcel from Onedapperstreet, graced the presentation with their impeccable looks. The always classy Moti Ankari from themetroman rocked the summer suit look with cuffed pants and a simple white tee. Others opted for a more alternative look ranging from simple printed tees to all white Jean ensembles.
In general, the collection had a slight 60’s influence with staple suede pieces and relaxed ties that accompanied high waisted pants and an opaque color palette.
