On February 13th, in the midst of New York Fashion Week’s nonstop momentum, talent collective Syndicate11 hosted an intimate evening in support of The Supermodel Project — a nonprofit founded by Greg Chan and Achok Majak dedicated to advancing the health, safety, and well-being of working models.
The event, led by Syndicate11 founder and brand ambassador Levi Lomey, offered a refined, off-calendar reprieve from the typical NYFW frenzy. Designed as a space for meaningful dialogue and community-building, the evening began with a moderated discussion featuring Betty Sze, Vice President of Models.com alongside Majak and Chan.

The conversation centered on culture, visibility, and responsibility in fashion. Panelists spoke candidly about the evolving needs of models navigating a rapidly shifting industry landscape to a rapt audience that was an intergenerational mix of models, creators, agency leaders, and brand executives.
As conversations around labor protections and mental health gain momentum across creative industries, The Supermodel Project aims to ensure that models are not only seen, but supported.

In a week often defined by runway buzz and after-party flash, Syndicate11 and The Supermodel Project offered a moment of reflection and recalibration.
