Modern Day Wife knows a thing or two about bringing ambitious women into the same room, and this year’s fourth annual Soirée en Blanc centered on elevated conversations to bring lasting results.
“At Modern Day Wife, our mission is to create spaces where women can build meaningful relationships, discover new opportunities, and leave inspired to pursue their next chapter,” said Meghan Fialkoff and Meagan Elieff, Founders of Modern Day Wife, in a press release. “Soirée en Blanc represents everything we love about community-building — bringing together accomplished women from different industries in an environment that is both aspirational and accessible.”
As the moderator of the Fashion & Lifestyle Panel, I led a conversation with founders, designers, and creatives who are actively shaping what’s next. Together, we explored how today’s most successful brands are built through authenticity, intentional storytelling, and the confidence to define success on your own terms.

So instead of simply talking about what’s “in” this season, the discussion centered around longevity and how to build brands that people will connect with, why community has become modern marketing, and how fashion and personal style can be one of the strongest forms of storytelling.
Across the event, other panels explored everything from business and entrepreneurship to beauty and preventative healthcare.
Of course, it wouldn’t be an LA event without some celebrity star power. The celebrity panel included television personality Cynthia Bailey, HGTV interior designer Alison Victoria, designer Jessica Rich, singer and content creator Samyra, and more and was moderated by Meghan Fialkoff.

Along with the panels and fireside chats, guests were able to check out immersive brand activations, rooftop picnic moments, beauty touch-ups, networking experiences, and oh yes, photo ops. Lots and lots of photo ops — from photo booths to the rooftop’s helipad. Guests also were able to check out experiential exhibits showcasing innovation across beauty, wellness, fashion, tech, lifestyle, and home services. Brands like Epic Light spoke to influencers and guests. The event concluded with a fashion show.
Modern Day Wife continues to expand its national footprint through large-scale events, media initiatives, and networking experiences that bring together entrepreneurs, executives, creators, and thought leaders. The Knockturnal was a media partner for this event.
