GoingDry.co Celebrates Sober October with Tremble in SoHo

Sober October was worked out in the most fabulous way this month.

GoingDry.co celebrated the moment with a 50-minute mega-former workout at Tremble in SoHo.

Outfits by Splits59 were worn for a stylish class where guests gathered for a day of core activation followed by scrumptious sips.

The French 89 (a Taylor Swift-inspired twist on the French 75)

Ingredients

• 1 oz Free Spirits Gin
• 1/4 oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
• 1/4 oz simple syrup
• Lemon rind to make a lemon twist
• 3 oz chilled non-alcoholic sparkling wine such as Mionetto Alcohol-Removed Sparkling Wine or Freixenet Alcohol-Removed Sparkling White

Method

1. Build the drink by adding the non-alcoholic gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a glass. Stir.
2. Pour into a Champagne Flute or coup. Add the nonalcoholic sparkling wine.
3. Garnish with a lemon peel.
