The perfect gin for a summer cocktail of your choice
Last week, Glendalough Gin, hosted an intimate event at Gallow Green. The event was in celebration of Glendalough Distillery launching a refreshed bottle design for their award-winning Glendalough Wild Botanical and Wild Rose Gins. Our impression of the newly designed bottle is that it fits the brand extremely well. The design is simple and clean and provides an upscale look and feel to the gin. The Wild Botanical gin is crystal clear and sleek while the Wild Rose Gin has a beautiful pink color that makes you think of Spring and Summer seasons. At the event, guests were able to mingle amongst each other at the gorgeous rooftop at Gallow Green. Small bites were served along with craft cocktails made with premium Glendalough Gin. And at the end of the event, guests walked away with a specialty bottle of Glendalough Gin that was engraved with the guest’s name.
What makes Glendalough Gin special and separates it from other gin brands is that this gin is made with fresh, wild botanicals that are hand-picked daily. And all that care and craft can be tasted in every sip of Glendalough Gin. And our favorite expression is their Wild Rose Gin which has that classic herbal flavor from the botanicals and juniper but also a fragrant and delicious floral note from the rose in the gin. If you are looking to make a specialty cocktail for the summer, we cannot recommend Glendalough Rose Gin enough for it. And two of our favorite cocktails to make is the Rose G&T and the Rose Martini. You can find those recipes below if you are looking to make a signature cocktail for your friends and family.
