Mobile styling app Covet Fashion revealed award-winning actress and style icon Gabrielle Union as its latest “Covet Host.” As Covet Fashion’s featured star for the next month, fans and fashion enthusiasts will have direct access to Gabrielle’s personal style and fashion tips, as well as get intimate look inside her day-to-day activities as they style an avatar of the actress with clothing and accessories from over 175 real-world fashion brands.
Gabrielle joins Covet Fashion as its second Covet Host, following an overwhelmingly successful launch in December with Emma Roberts, which immediately ran up the top grossing charts and gained the star over 125 million in-app impressions. Unlike other apps that highlight a single celebrity for their lifetime, the Covet Fashion Host program features a different celebrity each month, creating a modern and interactive take on the traditional cover girl seen in magazines. The unique initiative enhances how celebrities and fans connect, as consumers get to interact directly with celebrities and get inspiration from their personal style, learn about their upcoming projects and connect with their stories.
