Miami Swim Week brought its signature heat from Miami to New York for NYFW.

NYFW Shows Powered by Miami Swim Week® returned for its second year at New York Fashion Week, unveiling captivating collections for the Spring/Summer 2025 season. Originally rooted in Miami as “Miami Swim Week® – The Shows,” this fashion vertical, founded by Moh Ducis, has returned with even more flair.

The event featured 12 emerging and established designers from around the globe, showcasing collections that spanned from sleek swimwear to haute couture. Brands included Amarotto Swimwear, Andrea Venturoli, AXIL SWIM, Barquita, Danjana Fashion, ëa Lingerie, eKaye Collection, ÖFUURË, Oh Polly, MILUS ROSE, and Rossely Tapia, each presenting a unique perspective on the season’s trends.

Let’s dive into the looks and trends:

Black & White Colorblock

This trend was the main character. Grey/Ven led with a black halter top and white textured mini skirt, showcasing a sleek, minimalistic design. AXIL SWIM followed with a classic black one-piece swimsuit accented by a subtle white trim. ëa Lingerie presented a striking lingerie set where stark black straps contrasted sharply with white leopard print detailing.

Leather

Leather made its impact, adding a touch of edge to the runway. Grey/Ven featured sleek black vegan leather pants paired with a cropped vegan leather jacket and bikini top—bold yet sophisticated. Andrea Venturoli offered a maroon leather mini-skirt with a crocheted leg overlay, blending texture and innovation. Danjana Fashion wowed with an asymmetric black leather outfit with slits and wrap details.

Flowy Silk Dresses

Silk dresses stole the spotlight with their flowing elegance. ÖFUURË showcased a striking rust and orange silk dress adorned with polka dots, complemented by a chic headscarf. Andrea Venturoli’s rich burgundy floral silk dress combined voluminous silhouettes with structured draping. AXIL SWIM offered a white silk dress with vivid red floral patterns and a halter neckline, blending casual refinement with sophisticated allure.
