We had the pleasure of sitting down with actress T’Nia Miller to discuss the premiere of La Fortuna, a six-episode limited series on AMC+.AMC+ has announced the release of its new drama La Fortuna. Starring two-time Golden Globe winner Stanley Tucci, acclaimed actor Clarke Peters, and British actress T’Nia Miller, La Fortuna is about the closest thing you will find to a modern-day treasure hunt.
Alex Ventura (played by Álvaro Mel), an inexperienced diplomat, is the leader of a mission to recover undersea treasure stolen by Frank Wild (Tucci), a treasure hunter. The series is filmed all across Spain, including Madrid, Cádiz, Guadalajara, A Coruña, Zaragoza, and even the Spanish Government’s headquarters at the Palace of La Moncloa. The international show has scenes in both Spanish and English. The show will premiere with two episodes, followed by new episodes streaming weekly. Check out the trailer below:
