The Witcher has returned with the long-awaited season two.
Fans have a lot to look forward to this season including a brand new theme of family. In season one fans were introduced to Geralt of Rivia played by Henry Cavill, Crown Princess Ciri played by Freya Allan, and the sorceress Yennefer of Vengerberg played by Anya Chalotra. Throughout the show, we watch the three characters at different points of time as they explore the formative events that have shaped their characters. As the story progresses, the three eventually merge into a single timeline which occurs during a battle from invaders. In season two the epic fantasy picks up in the aftermath of the battle. Proclaimed television producer, screenwriter, and the executive producer and showrunner of the television series The Witcher Lauren Schmidt Hissrich hopes fans will love the new character development and all the new action. Throughout the characters’ journeys, there is tons of humor and over-the-top drama to look forward to that is sure to leave fans satisfied.
