We caught up with singer/actress and host Adrienne Houghton at the Alice + Olivia presentation last week!
She recently released a new song called ‘Nadie Como Tú’ with her husband Israel and Aaron Moses. She attended the show at Highline Stages with her stepdaughter. Check out our exclusive chat below!
The Knockturnal: How excited are you to be here at Fashion Week?
Adrienne Houghton: So excited! It has been so many years. One because I’ve always been in LA and two
obviously the pandemic stopped Fashion Week last year, so it feels amazing.
The Knockturnal: Tell me about the new song you released today.
Adrienne Houghton: So just today my song with Maverick City Música came out with my husband. It’s
called “Nadie Como Tú” and I’m super excited about it and I recently got to sing with my
favorite singer ever, Salsa Princess La India and hopefully I’ll be doing some more stuff with her.
The Knockturnal: How excited are you to be doing Latin music?
Adrienne Houghton: It’s been my dream, ever since I was a teenager, I’ve always said that I wanted to get
back to my roots in doing Latin music so I am beyond thrilled to be getting back to my first
passion.
The Knockturnal: Any other fashion week plans?
Adrienne Houghton: So we are flying out tomorrow to head back to LA to prepare for the new season
of The Real. Season 8 is coming back live in studio. Super excited about that! So we did Revolve
yesterday, this, and we’re going to a party this evening and that’s it.
