Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling reunite for La La Land
Clearly the chemistry from their first movie together, Crazy, Stupid, Love was so intense and noticeable that Academy Award nominee Director Damien Chazelle wanted to bring Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling together again for his original musical La La Land.
La La Land is a story about a struggling and aspiring actress Mia (Emma Stone) and jazz musician Sebastian (Ryan Gosling), who are trying to make a name for themselves in modern day Los Angeles.
As seen in the movie’s trailer, a romance forms between the two and the story addresses the hardships of those trying to follow their dreams.
Gosling and Stone have viewers on the edge of their seats in anticipation to see the pair on the big screen again, and to also hear originals duets sung by them both called “City of Stars” and “A Lovely Night.”
The album also features the track, “Start a Fire” by John Legend, and the soundtrack has been produced by Justin Hurwitz, Marius de Vreis and Steven Gizicki.
Emma Stone visited The Ellen Degeneres Show this week to talk about her dance scenes with Gosling and Ellen Degeneres, and even said La La Land is in talks for an Oscar.
Its Original Motion Picture Soundtrack is now available for pre-order digitally and is due in stores on December 9th, the same day the movie premieres in Los Angeles and New York from December 9-16th.
