American Express announced its latest live streamed installment will be an Ellie Goulding concert directed by Scarlett Johansson.
On Nov. 11 fans will be able to live stream Goulding’s concert at New York City’s Hammerstein Ballroom on the American Express Unstaged website at 8 p.m. EST. Viewers will be able to choose their own experience of the viewing, having the option to view the main stream and alternative in-venue vantage points.
To gear up for the event, fans can also download the music series’ Unstaged app and have access to an exclusive video of Goulding speaking about her journey and inspiration as an artist. For 24 hours fans will also be able to enjoy a rebroadcast of the event on the company’s website and app.
Johansson’s expertise in production will be utilized during the night to achieve best experience possible for fans, a group she seems to be a part of as well. In a statement she said,”Ellie is a true artist and an inspiring woman; her creativity and healthy ambition are only matched by her humor and humility.”
A few days before the concert, Goulding will be releasing her third album Delirium. Goulding is sure to be performing some of her new songs off the album during the live stream. On the new album Goulding said in a statement,”I wanted to go into this album making everything bigger and better and from the looks of this collaboration we are achieving both of those goals.”
