Diana Mahrach’s Night of Couture and Crown-Worthy Gowns

An upscale evening at 3 West Club set the scene for Diana Mahrach Couture to present her Fall/Winter 2026/27 collection. The event was hosted by Mahrach alongside H.H. Dr. Prince Mario-Max Schaumburg-Lippe, and together they opened the night by declaring that the looks about to grace the runway were designed to “make every girl feel like a princess.”

It didn’t feel like a throwaway line. It set the tone.

Mahrach’s gowns are elaborate and unapologetically showstopping, layered in beadwork and designed to celebrate individuality across body types. From red carpet statements to couture bridal, the collection moved with confidence. These were dresses meant to be seen.

After Mahrach and Schaumburg-Lippe announced that the show was beginning, the program flowed directly into a live performance. Singer Maria Ellis, who recently performed at Steinway Hall, took the stage in a one-shoulder, ruffled silver gown by Mahrach. The dress caught the light with every step as she performed Rihanna’s “Where Have You Been,” moving through the space with ease and setting the mood for the runway that followed.

According to the brand’s website, Mahrach’s work is “deeply influenced by rich multicultural heritage, craftsmanship, and timeless elegance,” and that influence was evident on the catwalk. Models shimmered in intricately detailed gowns as music filled the room and cameras flashed from every angle. When Mahrach returned for her final walk, the audience responded with a standing ovation, bringing the evening to a close.
