Rosé season is back and better than ever!
Last week, Chateau Minuty hosted an intimate rooftop rosé cocktail party to celebrate the warm weather and the unofficial season of rosé. At this event, guests were able to sample some of Chateau Minuty’s amazing rosé offerings and meet the 4th generation winemaker of the Minuty Family, Anne-Victroire Matton.
The event was held at Royalton Park Avenue were influencers, socialites, and lovers of rosé gathered for light bites and glasses of incredible Minuty rosé. Guests had the option of trying all three Minuty rosé offerings ranging from the Prestige Rosé, Rosé et OR, and Chateau Minuty 281. Each bottle has such a unique expression and palate that is perfect for a warm summer day.
After guests had time to settle in and enjoy some glasses of wine, Anne-Victroire Matton took the stage to thank everyone for coming and shared a bit about the Chateau Minuty Family. Guests learned more about the winemaking process and the passion that the Chateau Minuty Family has when making their quality rosé.

Minuty Prestige Rosé
Dominant flavors of tangy red berries are followed by notes of apricot. The wine’s pronounced minerality draws out a lingering finish on the palate. This wine has a crisp, clean, earthy and vibrant personality, making it the perfect companion to fresh seafood, such as a fresh fish ceviche.
Chateau Minuty Rosé et OR
The makers wanted to take the winery’s signature subtle flavor and intense aromas to the next level. The 2023 vintage is the embodiment of elegance, with aromas of citrus and wild herbs. On the palate, an impression of lightness. The wine’s minerality lends it a distinctive freshness, enhanced by the salinity so characteristic of the Minuty terroir. Made of Grenache 80%, Syrah 10%, Cinsault 5%, Tibouren 5%, this wine is elegant, full-bodied and crisp.
Chateau Minuty 281
The intense blue is a celebration of the nearby Mediterranean Sea which influences and elevates the Minuty vineyard every day. Made of Grenache 90%, Syrah 5%, Rolle 5%, this wine is delicate, indulgent and bold. At first approach, the nose is characterized by tropical fruits which develop into notes of white-fleshed fruit. Fresh and delicate on the palate, with splendid length and excellent structure.
