Blu On The Hudson recently opened its doors on April 3rd in Weehawken, New Jersey, which is minutes away from Hoboken and Jersey City by Light Rail and a 6-minute New York Waterway ferry ride from Manhattan.
Blu On The Hudson combines the views of the Hudson River and the New York City skyline with its unique and flavorful menu options that help create a memorable experience. The Knockturnal had the pleasure of eating at the restaurant and tried a variety of options from their Brunch menu, as well as the drinks part of their one-of-a-kind cocktail program. Their seafood-forward menu incorporates an assortment of Land and Sea options, as well as a world-class steak program. Some of the items featured at the restaurant are a raw bar, sushi, caviar, specialty cocktails, a top-flight-steak program, homemade pasta, and decadent dessert options. Their menu offers guests a mixture of flavors and approachable options that can appeal to a wide range of visitors.

As guests arrive, they are greeted by staff and surrounded by an open space filled with clean and luxurious table settings and floor-to-ceiling windows that accentuate the views of the Manhattan skyline. In the center of the restaurant there is an elegant rectangular white marble-topped bar where specialty cocktails are served.
