Booking.com has rebuilt the Addams Family House that is not only spooky but also creepy, kooky, and all together ooky.
If you love Halloween, the Addams Family, or the color black, then the Addams Family House is for you.
Experience each of the main characters from the Addams Family come to life in this interactive town hall meeting, deciding whether or not the Addams Family can stay in the town of Assimilation.
The tour starts with Margeaux, the main antagonist of the new animated film, giving a monologue on how she wants the Addams Family out of her town, and it’s up to us, the esteemed guests of the spook-filled evening, to vote them out.
Each part of the house is in theme. Upon entering the Addams estate, guests were greeted with drinks and treats all in the kooky spirit. We were then greeted by the family members themselves, pleading to give them a chance so they can stay in their beloved home.
Subsequently, the group was divided into colors based on our name tags and were able to experience the rooms of each of the characters, including Wednesday, Pugsley, and Granmama.
The rooms were all designed very professionally, keeping participants in the world of the Addams and making it that much more believable. Wednesday’s room even has an electric chair, where any willing volunteer can experience what it’s like if Wednesday flipped the switch.
This pop up is a must-see, fun-filled experience for the whole family, while hitting nostalgic notes for parents.
