A colorful celebration of mental wellness
Last week was the launch of the newest sleep to street clothing brand, BIG FEELINGS. Co-founded by Stacey Bendet, CEO and Creative Director of alice + olivia, BIG FEELINGS bring clothing with a purpose. Much of BIG FEELINGS is a celebration of who you are and how you feel, bringing awareness to mental health and mental wellness. And to celebrate the launch of this collection, the brand hosted a launch party at 1113 Madison Ave which featured a two-story interactive space that brought food, drinks, and fun all in one place.
This event was inspired by a pajama party where the BIG FEELINGS sleepwear line comes to life. The townhouse space was converted into a pop up shop where guests were able to sip on craft cocktails courtesy of Absolut Vodka, snack on bite sized cupcakes from Baked by Melissa, take stylish pictures in some of the interactive scenery rooms, and participate in bracelet-making stations, hair clip customization stations, and eye mask embroidery stations.
Also in attendance were a number of celebrities, influencers, and tastemakers. Of these include Nicky Hilton Rothschild, Alexa Swinton, Isan Elba, Grace Ann Nader, Mary Holland Nader, Sky Katz, Leah McSweeney, Malina Weissman, Peyton Elizabeth Lee, Gabriella Pizzolo, Vienna Skye, Noa Fisher, Aqua Parios, Daphne Velghe, Madison Shamoun, Jess Val Ortiz, Caroline Vazzana, Clara Perlmutter, Nicole Brydon Bloom, Faith Harper, Lia Fik, Aalina Timo, Vivian Yrl, Deja Fox, Cassie Jekanoski, Lily Loomis, Brittany Nicole, Nuala Cleary, Bridget Als, and music by Zuri Marley.
