Vacations are not only good for the soul, but also your hair.

At least that’s where Pai-Shau founder discovered the Vietnamese beauty ritual that would later inspire the Pai-Shau hair Line. Launching in the fall, Pai-Shau incorporates black tea, green tea, white tea, African red Bush tea, and pu-ehr tea into their Signature Exotic Tea Complex. The Tea Complex is rich in antioxidants, amino acids, oat proteins, and Vitamins B, C, and E.I had the pleasure to try out the products at the AnthonyLeonard Salon. The Pai-Shau Hydrating Ritual Replenishing Hair Cleanser and the Pai-Shau Hydrating Ritual Replenishing Cream Conditioner smell amazing. The Cleanser is devoid of sulfates, so it cleanses the hair without stripping the hair of natural oils.

The Pai-Shau Hydrating Ritual Replenishing Cream Conditioner is rich of rice amino acids and hydrolyzed oat proteins. The Conditioner left my hair shiny and soft and noticeably softer on the ends. Next came the Pai-Shau Enhance Ritual Biphasic Infusion, a primer that contains high concentrations of the Signature Exotic Tea Complex. Rich of antioxidants and amino acids, the primer works well as a thermal protectant when applied to wet hair and can be applied before blow drying and using hot styling tools. It can also be used on dry hair to tame fly away strands. After using all three products together, my hair was noticeably softer and lighter. I have thick, heavy hair and after using the Pai-Shau Enhance Ritual Biphasic Infusion, my hair felt light and airy and had so much movement. After three days, my hair gets greasy and oily, yet after using the Pai-Shau line, my hair was still shiny and bouncy.

The other two products in the five piece collection are the Pai-Shau Design Ritual Style Souffle and the Pai-Shau Design Ritual Supreme Revitalizing Mask. The Pai-Shau Design Ritual Syle Souffle is a lightweight hair spray that adds both volume and softness. The Pai-Shau Design Ritual Supreme Revitalizing Mask is perfect for damaged hair for it repairs damage and provides an anti-static barrier.

Pai-Shau also launched the Passion for Life Foundation, a non-profit organization, that will support individuals in funding and achieving their dreams. The line is also vegan, environmentally friendly, residue free, and animal cruelty free. The Pai-Shau collection doesn’t contain any phosphates, parabens, sulfates, and has no additional sodium chloride. Pai-Shau launches in September.
