You better watch out: BAD SANTA 2 is coming to town.
Nothing says happy holidays more like swearing elves, drunken Santa Clauses and family issues. That’s exactly what the new comedy Bad Santa 2 holds in store.
Academy Award Winner Billy Bob Thornton is returning to the big screen as America’s favorite anti-hero, Willie Sake. The good ole cheap whiskey drinking, greed and hatred filled Willie is once again teaming up with the elf to his Santa, Marcus (Tony Cox).
The dynamic duo’s new mission is to steal from a Chicago charity on Christmas Eve. They are joined by ‘the kid’, a 250-pound ray of sunshine named Thurman Merman (Brett Kelly) who brings out the little humanity in Willie.
Things really start heating up when Academy Award, Golden Globe and Emmy winner Kathy Bates, as Willie’s ‘evil’ mother, Sunny Soke, joins the pair. She raises the bar for the gang’s ambitions while somehow lowering the standards of criminal behavior. Willie is further burdened by lusting after the curvaceous and respectable Diane, played by Emmy Award-nominee Christina Hendricks, the charity director with a heart of gold.
