Miami was on fire all weekend long with Super Bowl festivities in full swing. The iconic rum brand BACARDÍ threw an epic day-ger that continued into the late afternoon on Saturday. Although the Miami Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel made the perfect backdrop for the Caribbean inspired fiesta, the weather was trying to rain on everybody’s parade.
No worries though because BACARDÍ’s Limited Portfolio was on hand to keep guests refreshed and spirits high. There were multiple bars and booths serving refreshing rum cocktails like the BACARDÍ Mojito and Frozen Daiquiri. Patron Tequila, Dewars, Grey Goose, and more of BACARDÍ’s portfolio were present and ready to drink. The poolside festivities included celebs like Victor Cruz, Venus Williams, Maria Menounos, Jasmine Sanders, among others in attendance.
As the afternoon went on so did the rain but that didn’t stop Megan Thee Stallion from keeping things hot and performing her lit songs we all bop to. Like a true professional, the show must go on and indeed it did. Megan even brought up some fans on to the stage for a twerk competition in true hot girl summer fashion.
Later in the evening, the rain cleared up and Meek Mill took the stage. At this point things were lit and Meek Mill performed all his hits such as “Going Bad,” “Dreams and Nightmares,” and his newest single “Letter to Nipsey” – a tribute to his late friend Nipsey Hussle. Swizz Beatz was also present at the function however no sign of Alicia Keys.
