Assembly returned to New York City in grand fashion.
Founded by Carson Hood, Tony Kadillak, and Mitch Monson, Assembly was created to be the kind of networking event that stirs up positive inspiration. Together 350 leaders from across entertainment, sports, media, advertising, creative, and production joined for an evening of conversation and connection at The Bowery Hotel.
Over the past four years, Assembly has grown into one of the industry’s most sought-after invitations. While previous editions continued to expand, this year’s New York event intentionally reduced its guest list to favor a more curated experience, preserving the intimate atmosphere and meaningful conversations that have become Assembly’s hallmark.

The evening brought together senior executives and decision-makers from organizations including Amazon Prime Sports, CBS Sports, NBCUniversal, Disney Television, Audible, ESPN, YES Network, Paramount+, AMC Networks, Peacock, LinkedIn, Wells Fargo, Deloitte, Meta, Netflix, Macy’s, and more.
Sponsors for the 2026 New York event included BGSTR, cause+effect, Compadre, Dynamite Laser Beam, Forever, Kill 2 Birds, Kings+Country, Mass FX, Nathaniel Howe Studios, Northern Lights, Pilot, Roger, Sibling Rivalry, STATE, and Versus.
As Assembly has grown, its founders have remained focused on maintaining the event’s original purpose: creating a space where the entertainment marketing community can gather, exchange ideas, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with the people behind the work.
