K-pop group AMPERS&ONE wrapped up their first-ever tour, “My First ___”, with an incredible final stop in Los Angeles that “Crazy Stupid Fun” (ironically, the name of one their songs).

Ahead of the tour, The Knockturnal sat down with the seven-member group—KAMDEN, BRIAN, JIHO, SIYUN, KYRELL, MACKIAH, and SEUNGMO—to discuss the meaning behind the “My First ___” concept.

As MACKIAH explained, “It’s our first tour since debut, and ‘My First ____’ can be interpreted in many ways. It can represent our ANDEARs as our ‘First Love,’ and each member has their own take on the name.”

From Siyun experiencing the U.S. for the first time to Brian returning to familiar ground, the group made sure their final North American stop in Los Angeles was packed with unforgettable moments. And now, we’re here to highlight our favorites!

Los Angeles’ Catch One Theater: The Final Stop

The final stop of the tour at Catch One in Los Angeles on March 18th brought a fully packed, intimate and crowded venue. The stage was illuminated by intense lighting and a massive disco ball, which cast reflections that imitated star-like dots across the stage and crowd.

The venue was so packed that no matter where I turned, someone was right there. With all this ambiance set up, we knew we were in for a good show.

Keeping the Energy Going with ‘On and On’

AMPERS&ONE kicked off the show with their track “On And On,” a light and fresh hype track that set the perfect tone for the night. From the very first note, the crowd of ANDEARS erupted into insanely loud fanchants and passionate sing-alongs.

Next came “Someday”—easily one of my favorite moments of the night. The song started off with a playful, pop-driven beat, their signature AMPERS&ONE sound. What began as a lighthearted vibe quickly transformed into a full-on dance party, with the entire venue singing along at the top of their lungs. Every song that followed carried that same infectious energy.

“He + She = We” followed. I have to admit—this was the loudest the crowd had been all night, and for good reason. The volume only kept rising, and the dance break? Pure chaos in the best way.

Jump kicks, high-energy moves, and an insanely fun beat made it impossible not to dance along. This song was the ultimate feel-good moment.

Check out a part of the performance below!

The fun did not stop there—every performance kept the momentum going. With each new song introduction, the crowd’s excitement only grew.

“Sheesh – Choreography on Point!”

Not only does AMPERS&ONE deliver tracks that are absolute sing-alongs, but they’re also dance-alongs—though if I attempted the choreo, I’d definitely fail.

Tracks like “Over The Moon” and “Sheesh” showcased impressive formations and stage setups that kept the choreography fresh, unlike anything I had seen at a K-Pop show this intimate before.

Cover Performances, AMPERS&ONE Style

AMPERS&ONE didn’t just perform covers—they completely owned them on stage. Each performance felt like a carefully crafted tribute while still showcasing the groups own signature style.

“Plot Twist” (TWS Cover) – Brian, Siyun & Kyrell

This was the ultimate cutie line performance! As for the song itself? The vibes were perfect.

“Good Boy Gone Bad” (TXT Cover) – Kamden, Jiho, Mackiah & Seungmo

From cute to chaotic, the energy shifted dramatically as the boys dropped the good-boy act.

“Blood Sweat & Tears” (BTS Cover)

“We put our blood, sweat, and tears into this.” And they meant it. The group didn’t just start the performance—they made an entrance. A full-scale intro set the stage before the music even began, making the anticipation skyrocket. Then, the moment arrived—

KYRELL. DID. A. FLIP.

This was a total game-changer in the setlist—showcasing mature, sultry energy.

The string of covers kept coming. From God’s Menu” by Stray Kids to Jiho, Siyun, and Kyrell’s heartfelt rendition of Justin Bieber’s “Sorry,” —fitting, considering one of them even shares the name Justin. Coincidence? We think not.

Five Big Booms

In a playful nod to the iconic phrase “Five Big Booms,” the members dropped it during the show, perfectly capturing the explosive energy throughout the evening.

The night ended with the group leading the audience in a chant of “aye aye aye,” jumping around in a final burst of excitement. After an hour and a half of high-energy performances, fans still gave it their all, jumping alongside the group like it was the very beginning of the show!

AMPERS&ONE Has More to Come!

The night may have ended, but AMPERS&ONE’s journey is far from over.

Following their successful “My First__” tour, the group is gearing up for their comeback on April 8th with the release of their WILD & FREE mini album!
