This past Thursday, stars and museum lovers came together for the American Museum of Natural History’s annual benefit gala. In attendance include Tina Fey, Lorne Michaels, Steve Martin, and most of the Saturday Night Live cast.

Check out our interviews below.

AnnaSophia Robb

What are your upcoming projects?

I’m doing a television series coming out called Mercy Street on PBS. It comes out January 17, and then I’m doing a film right now called Freak Show.

Can you tell me about Freak Show and Jekyll Island is the other one?

Yeah, Jekyll Island I have no idea where that one’s at—post production somewhere. And Freak Show is really awesome little film, it’s  based on a book about a young guy in high school who runs for homecoming queen, and he’s challenging, you know, gender structure.

What are your Thanksgiving plans?

Mom’s coming up, having a “Friendsgiving.”

Michael Che

What are your Thanksgiving plans?

I’m going to go see my mom and my grand mom and I’m going to eat a lot of fatty foods, probably. It’s not very exciting. Pretty tame, because of family stuff.

How was it like working with Adele for this week’s show?

I didn’t get to work with her yet. But I’m sure it’s great. I mean it’s great that she’s doing the show, it’s great that we have the kind of show that we can have talent like that on and we can get to watch for free. That’s exciting.

Who does Drake better, Jay Pharoah or Donald Trump?

Oh man. It’s close but I’m gonna go with Jay Pharoah. But it’s very close. Make sure he knows I said that.

Cecily Strong:

What are your Thanksgiving plans?

Oh Thanksgiving I’m going to Mexico with my mom and brother. It’s my mom’s thing, she loves Mexico.

And how was it like working with Tracy Morgan again?

It was fantastic. And like, he’s so good at what he does too. I don’t think people know how polished and professional he is as a comedian, so it was fun to watch and take notes and learn from him.

Who does Drake better, Jay Pharoah or Donald Trump?

Jay Pharoah. I mean, by a million billion.

Colin Jost

What are your Thanksgiving plans?

I’m going home to Staten Island, hanging out my parents, grandparents, my brother. I’m going to try to sneak over to Puerto Rico for a little bit, for a couple days, I don’t know if I can do it, and then I might try to go to Montauk for the weekend, for a few days and relax out there.

Just to see the lighthouse.

Exactly, just to see if the lighthouse is still there. Just to make sure. They ask me to go check from time to time, it’s my home away from home.

How was it like working with Adele this week?

It was very cool getting to watch Adele rehearse today. There’s so many stages—you watch the concert Tuesday that she recorded at Radio City, so she’s in this giant space. And to get to see her again two days later from ten feet away where it’s her and she’s performing for fifteen of us, and they’re just watching rehearsal. It’s two very cool ways to see the same person.

And do you have any upcoming projects?

I have some things that I’m working on, all very secretive. But just week to week, just SNL.

How does it feel like to relinquish being the Head Writer?

Well I’m doing less of it now because I’m just doing Weekend Update and focusing just on that. Yeah, but it’s been great. It’s been one of my favorite jobs, that I’ve ever had. So yeah, it’s cool and it’s always challenging. It’s a fun thing.

Who played Drake better, Donald Trump or Jay Pharoah?

I would say Donald Trump played Drake most interestingly.

Taran Killam

What are your Thanksgiving plans?

Going down to New Orleans where my wife is working and then we’re going to have dinner there—we’re cooking ourselves.

How was it like working with Adele this week?

I have not yet met her—she did sound check today. I overheard that, and I went to her special taping on Tuesday.

How was it like working with Tracy?

It was fantastic. Great, great stories, and yeah, better back and better than ever.

Do you have any upcoming projects?

Yeah I have a film coming up called The Runaround and a new PBS series for kids called Nature Cat. It comes out literally next week, on Thanksgiving Day.

Who played Drake better, Donald Trump or Jay Pharoah?

Always Jay. Jay’s my buddy. Jay always does everything better than everybody.

Tituss Burgess

What are your Thanksgiving plans?

My apartment’s being renovated which is why it took me so long to get here in the first place but I don’t know why I decided to host 25 people at my apartment but I’m cooking with some friends provided these people hurry up and finish my apartment. Those are my plans and that’s why I’m a little stressed out.

Do you have any upcoming projects?

Yeah I’m in the Angry Birds movie in the spring. It’s an animated feature.

And what can we expect from Unbreakable?

Season two is going to be amazing. It’s really, really funny, and I’m not even just saying that. It’s one big giggle after the other. It’s so exciting, I can’t wait.
