“Winter Lights Powered by Genesis,” which is a spectacular immersive light installation on The High Line launched this week during a grand affair.
Featuring the first-ever Electrified Genesis GV70, the space is now open to the public through Jan. 2. This is one stop on your holiday list that you cannot miss! The Genesis Motor America’s first activation in its newly minted multiyear partnership as Presenting Automotive Partner of The High Line is not only spectacular to view. It is also a strong sign of the rebirth of our wonderful city.
Bringing together technology and passion is a theme this holiday season that we can all rejoice about. “Winter Lights Powered by Genesis” was designed in collaboration with De-Yan, Workshop, and renowned event design and production firm Van Wyck & Van Wyck. It takes inspiration from the roofline of the new Electrified GV70 and its vehicle-to-load (V2L) capabilities, a technology that transforms the standard power input used to charge the battery into a power outlet that can be used to run electronics, camping and outdoor gear, home appliances, etc.
