The Knockturnal sat down with Todd White, Founder & President, Ramzy Kahhale, of Dry Farm Wines at BLACKBARN Restaurant in NoMad NYC.

As a holistic health-conscious person, I watch exactly what I put in my body, although I do enjoy a glass of red wine on occasion, until I sat down with Todd, I was unaware wine companies are not required to disclose their ingredients or additives, so you have no way of knowing what’s actually in your wine.
For example, Mega Purple, a type of super-concentrated grape juice, is a common additive that improves the color and body of red wine.
