Strong New York, one of the country’s top fitness festivals, returned to the city with title sponsors Celcius, Hydrow, SweatPals, and Impact Kitchen.
On Sept. 27, 2025, more than 5,000 attendees gathered at The Glasshouse in New York City for a day-long celebration that unites movement, recovery, community, and brand innovation under one roof.
Programing included special impacts from Laird Hamilton and Gabby Reece and their HIGHX circuit training workout and Performance Breathing®. They were joined by Phil Daru, Gunnar Peterson, Karena Dawn, Chris Hinshaw, Devon Levesque, Dr. Jonathan Kuo, Dr. Rocio Salas-Whalen, and Bobby Maximus among others, creating one of the most diverse and influential rosters in the wellness industry.
Immersive competitions and challenges also took place with top athletes against one another in tests of strength, speed, and endurance for cash prizes.
Top brands also were on the floor such as CELSIUS that energized the day with ice-cold product sampling and a signature main-stage workout. Hydrow highlighted its newly launched rowing machine and preview its upcoming strength product. Impact Kitchen elevated the VIP experience with curated meals and beverages, while SweatPals powered ticketing and community engagement.
In addition, Pvolve brought its signature functional training method to the festival floor, joining dozens of other activations across nutrition, recovery, equipment, and lifestyle.
“When I started Strong New York, I said strength isn’t just about picking heavy weights up off the ground – it’s about being able to pick yourself and others up,” said Kenny Santucci, Founder of Strong New York. “I believe we can change the world by making New York City stronger, building a true hub for health and wellness, both physically and mentally. New York sets the trends in everything from culinary to fashion, yet until now there was no event that celebrated fitness on this scale. Strong New York finally gives us that—the city’s biggest health and fitness festival. From innovative products to game-changing conversations, we’re building a space where people can connect, learn, and leave stronger than they came in.”
Some brands onsite that we loved included Cognizin, Bone in Food, PSO-RITE, Zen Waffles, Promix, Laird Superfood, Mush, A Nutty Life, Vertical Protein, Slate Coffee, Essentia Water, Everyday Doze, Lifeway Kefir, and Soma Salads.
This year’s event benefited the nonprofit New York Cares, which is New York’s largest volunteer organization activating 60,000 New Yorkers a year in projects focused on: Health and wellness for seniors and other vulnerable groups; Educating children, teens and adults; Serving those impacted by hunger and homelessness; and Caring for public parks, community gardens and green spaces.
