The Knockturnal had the pleasure of attending the exclusive Protek NY Website Launch and Influencer Mixer, a vibrant gathering that seamlessly blended car culture, digital innovation, and influencer energy under one luxe roof. Hosted at the sleek @63AutoBody in Brooklyn, the event marked a bold new chapter for Protek NY—the go-to name in advanced paint protection film.

Hosted by Industry Tastemakers

The evening was led by Loren LoRosa of The Breakfast Club and hip-hop culture authority ItsBizkit. Their presence added a layer of cultural credibility and magnetic energy to an already dynamic space.

I had the opportunity to speak briefly with Loren after taking photos, and gave her props for her recent interview with the legendary Phylicia Rashad. As someone who wears many hats—a real estate broker, writer, and artist—I told her how much I resonate with her journey of excelling in more than one lane at a time. Loren’s ability to produce and host while remaining gracious through constant industry shifts is something many of us feel deeply inspired by. Her energy is genuinely kind and intentional, and it ripples outward, encouraging others who are still discovering how to occupy space with purpose. She now has her own iHeartRadio podcast—and I couldn’t be happier for her. Stay tuned.

Spotlight Guests and Authentic Moments

From Dave East dropping in to show love, to actor Damani D. Sease stopping by to admire the exotic vehicles as a fellow enthusiast, the room was filled with real energy and people genuinely connected to the culture.

Also in the building were the founders and creative minds behind Liago Brand, a streetwear label that speaks directly to tastemakers who appreciate both aesthetic and authenticity.

Exotic Cars, Pyro Belly Dancers & Curated Culture

A major highlight? The live pyro belly dancers, complete with flaming swords, who brought a sense of spectacle and theatrical flair to the evening. Their presence symbolized the boldness and precision that Protek stands for—a brand rooted in craftsmanship and attention to detail.

And let’s be real: moments like this make events like these far more exciting than a typical night at the club. Instead of yelling over loud speakers in crowded rooms, this was about connection, discovery, and aesthetics—all in an environment that celebrated innovation and individuality.

These kinds of experiences? They hit different. They’re what excite me now.

Protek’s Product Power

So what exactly is Protek all about?

• Paint Protection Film (PPF): Their cutting-edge film features self-healing technology, hydrophobic properties, and an unmatched glossy finish to keep any vehicle looking flawless.

• Hydrophobic Coating: Keeps grime, water, and streaks off your ride for longer-lasting shine.

• Nationwide Installer Network: Quality products meet qualified professionals, offering a complete end-to-end service experience.

From everyday drivers to exotic car lovers, Protek delivers both protection and polish. Signature Cocktails by Belaire who sponsored this event.

Closing Vibes

The Protek NY Website Launch wasn’t just an event—it was a full-scale activation that fused technology, car culture, music, and curated vibes. From the precision of the products to the intentionality of the guest list, it felt like being part of something fresh and future-forward.

Special thanks to The Now PR for the invite and the team behind Protek NY for creating a space that honored both product innovation and community culture.
