The Knockturnal was invited to celebrate the kickoff of Oktoberfest at Clinton Hall’s 16 West 36th St. location, where the festive night unfolded with activations at multiple Clinton Hall venues.
Guests seeking a challenge had the chance to compete in Clinton Hall’s Stein Holding Contest, held across all locations, with winners earning a $50 gift card.
The highlight of the evening was hosted by Casey Webb, from the hit TV series Man v. Food. But the true star of the night was Molly Schuyler, the world’s top independent female competitive eater, who wowed the crowd by devouring an incredible 46 Schaller & Weber sausages in just 10 minutes. Her victory in the Sausage Eating Contest not only left the audience stunned but also earned her a $1,000 cash prize. Watching her dominate a table of men with speed and skill made the night truly unforgettable.
In true Oktoberfest spirit, I indulged in bratwurst, schnitzel sliders, jumbo pretzels, and, of course, plenty of SUPERCRAFT beer that transported me straight to Bavaria.
