SYFY’s all new show “Resident Alien” introduces viewers to a unique narrative that brings viewers to the edge of their seats in both excitement and suspense.
Alan Tudyk stars as an outer space intruder who finds himself in a predicament as he has just crash-landed on earth, finding himself just outside of the small town of Patience, Colorado. With a mission at hand to do nothing but destroy the peace, he decides to assume the role of the resident doctor, successfully disgusting himself and allowing him to blend in with the crowds as he gathers the information he needs to thrive in this unknown territory. It’s a foolproof mission, really. That is, until he discovers that his true form can be viewed by a young boy in the town, threatening to turn his plan upside down.
The new series transforms the narrative we originally see in the comic book series created by Peter Hogan, introducing new characters and circumstances for an exciting TV event. Among the cast, we see Sara Tomko starring as Astra Twelvestress and Alice Wetterlund starring as Darcy Bloom, as well as Corey Reynolds starring as Sheriff Mike Thompson and Levi Fiehler starring as Ben Hawthorne.
