Firework threw a bodacious and literally brilliant launch party for the innovative short-form video app. The mobile-first social platform drew hordes of content-creators looking for the next hot sh*t.
Two Bit Circus, a micro amusement park, housed the rowdy event. Cutting-edge carnival arcade games featuring VR headsets, holograms, escape rooms and other jocular setups kept the crowd rapt and twerking.
Rachael Leigh Cook was a vision, cajoling her two kids to join in the gameplay. Scheana Marie swooped in with her Vanderpump Rules castmates Tom Sandoval, Tom Schwartz, James Kennedy and Billie Lee fresh off wrapping the new season. They ratchet-ly celebrated, bouncing to the sounds of DJ Mick.

I fiendishly used the app all night, riding plastic ponies and Crip-walking to the rap-leaning top 40 tunes. The collaboration-friendly interface kept me coming back, wishing I had more friends on the app and IRL tbh. Please follow me @tollivertolliver.
