Young Living debuted their newest collection of essential oils during New York Fashion Week at Michelson Studio last week.
Guests were lead through a scent experience in the studio, with four unique rooms curated to reflect the energy, scent, and vibe of each fragrance. First was the lavender room, a calming purple room with diffusers, chairs for meditating, and zen music. Next was the citrus room, where “Happy” by Pharrell was playing on a loop, with wallpaper of different citrus fruits and a wall that was colorable. Guests were encouraged to express themselves and draw on the wall. Then came the rose room, which was decorated pink with a ceiling covered entirely in roses and inspirational quotes from powerful women – talk about empowering! Lastly was the pine-scented room, imagined as a miniature forest with swing set included. The Spring 2018 collection was called “Scents of Self,” and inspired by how a woman discovers herself from inside out. It will be available in the spring.
