‘Wonder Woman’ Is Now Available On Blu-ray + DVD + Digital HD

Director Patty Jenkins’  groundbreaking film Wonder Woman creates a visceral journey for the audience. Now you can experience it for yourself because it is available on Blu-ray + DVD + Digital HD.

Wonder Woman is a multidimensional superhero, whose grace, compassion, strength, beauty and wisdom is evident throughout the film. Jenkins’ attention to interweaving minute details concerning sets, costumes, armor and weaponry within the context of a World War I period piece and natural locales is magnificent. The special features provides the audience with an in depth view of the extraordinary cohesive effort needed between various disciplines to create a film of this caliber. It was wonderful to see the vision of Wonder Woman come to life on film from a woman’s perspective. The character is a strong leader who empathizes with humanity to save it from  total destruction. Actress Gal Gadot’s performance resonates as a true portrayal of Princess Diana.

The  feature Warriors of Wonder Woman was amazing. It gave an in depth perspective on the extreme level of physical training and weaponry use over several months that the women did in order to become a true Amazon Army. The camaraderie and support amongst the actresses was evident and they worked to attain the maximum physical skills needed during filming.

The Wonder Behind the Camera showed when Warner provided an opportunity to a group of  young student filmmakers to visit the set and observe the filming of scenes. The positive enthusiastic welcoming attitude of the director, film crew, department heads, set designers, costume designers and actors truly had an inspirational impact on these young women.

Finding The Wonder Woman provided the audience with a fascinating integration of a young poet’s work with input from various individuals from the arts, humanities and sports who spoke on what is needed to truly maximize one’s potential. Grace, courage, power, equality,  possibility, and wisdom contributed to the spirit that Wonder Woman embodies.

Special feature The Trinity gives the audiences a comparative perspective of the origins of Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman. Wonder Woman (Diana) was raised in a nurturing Utopic environment in a community of the Amazons while Batman (Bruce Wayne) and Superman’s (Clark Kent) formative years were much darker and emotionally traumatic. Wonder Woman represents the equality of the gender as well as sensitivity and compassion for mankind. She’s the complementary link that anchors The Trinity for a super hero team effort

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment and Intel celebrated the home entertainment release of Wonder Woman with an electronic illuminated art show powered by 300 Intel drones showcasing imagery related to the box office blockbuster. With the Los Angeles skyline acting as a backdrop, the Intel drones performed a dazzling futuristic light show in choreographed formation in the night sky set to a live performance by celebrated cellist, Tina Guo. Patty Jenkins, Chuck Roven, Richard Suckle, Eugene Brave Rock, Jessie Graff and more were in attendance.

The film is a must see for all.
